For most of my life, the idea of juicing just didn’t make sense.

Why take all that time when you could just eat the vegetables or fruit you were trying to juice?

Then, we watched the documentary, “Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead” and before we went to sleep that night, we were the proud owners of a brand new juicer.

Now, I tend to alternate between juicing and drinking superfood smoothies in an effort to consume fruits and veggies in bulk.

Clearly, I’m not alone, my post on celery juice holds steady as a fan favorite.
