Can you still use RoadRunner email? ›

Unfortunately, the issues we are currently experiencing with RoadRunner are due to their own service troubles. As of 2012, Spectrum (which owns RoadRunner) started phasing out RoadRunner as an email platform and as of October 2023 you can no longer send or receive emails from a Roadrunner email address.

Visit the Spectrum Webmail Portal: Type “webmail.spectrum.net” into the address bar and press Enter. This will take you to the Spectrum webmail login page. c. Enter Your Credentials: In the login section, enter your Roadrunner email address and password associated with your account.

Sign into your account at spectrum.net. Select Email link in the header (top); You will be automatically taken to your inbox.

Spectrum Webmail has replaced the previous name of Charter Email in marketing materials. However, the access to Charter mail was maintained for current customers. With the Charter username and password, you may access your mail account through Spectrum Webmail sign in page.

Since the email services are tied to your Spectrum account, discontinuing your internet and cable services can lead to the loss of your Roadrunner email address.

Common Reasons Why Roadrunner Emails Not Working
