The newly introduced "Custom Dashboard" feature by WooSender revolutionizes how users can monitor and analyze data according to their unique preferences. It offers unparalleled flexibility in tracking a wide array of metrics, from user performance and sales trends to detailed insights into wins and losses, all tailored to meet individual needs.
Located on the Dashboard page, the "Custom Dashboard" feature supports widget aggregation into personalized dashboards and allows for the creation of multiple custom dashboards via the "Add Dashboard" option. Users can also designate a frequently used dashboard as the default, ensuring it's the first view upon entry, streamlining access and boosting productivity.
Each custom dashboard can accommodate up to eight unique widgets. To add a new widget, simply locate and click the "Add Widget" button found in the upper right corner.
Types of Widgets
WooSender's Custom Dashboard supports an array of widget types, each offering a unique perspective on your data:
Funnel Graph: Ideal for visualizing stages in a process, such as sales funnels.
Bar Graph: Perfect for comparing quantities across different categories.
Donut Graph: A visually appealing way to illustrate parts of a whole.
Table: Offers a detailed view of your data in rows and columns.
Data Source Customization
Once you've selected the widget type that best suits your needs, the next step is to choose a data source. WooSender provides the flexibility to pull data from Contacts, Users, or Opportunities. Additionally, you can refine your data extraction by applying filters, ensuring that only the most relevant data is displayed on your dashboard.
Global Time Span Control
Depending on what data source you choose, you can pick a time frame that your widget looks at. This setting adjusts according to the selected data source, offering different options:
Contacts: Options include the date the contact was created, the start date of a campaign, or the date a campaign was assigned.
Opportunities: You can choose from the date added to a stage or the date added to a pipeline.
Users: This data source does not offer Global Time Span options, focusing instead on real-time data presentation.
Dimension and Metrics Customization
Tailor your dashboard by selecting the specific data you wish to monitor, ranging from status updates to custom information. Further customize your view by choosing color schemes for different data points, making it visually intuitive. The dimension options will vary based on your selected data source and type of chart, with additional granularity available for Opportunities and Contacts, allowing for a detailed breakdown of data dimensions.
Tag Feature in Dimension Selection
At the very end of the dimension selection dropdown, you'll find an option labeled "tag." This feature allows you to organize data into groups with custom tags, ensuring that only the data you specify is drawn into your analysis.
Metric Choices
Define what's important to you by choosing to display data in terms of quantity or the revenue related to each dimension. This choice lets you focus on what matters most, whether it's the volume of activities or their economic impact.
Highlighting Key Metrics
Elevate the most crucial piece of information by selecting a Featured Metric for your widget. This feature puts a spotlight on the primary data point you want to track closely, ensuring it stands out for immediate visibility.
Enjoy the flexibility to reposition and resize your widgets according to your preferences. By dragging the left corner edge, you can effortlessly adjust the size of the widget to your liking. To move the widget to a different spot, simply drag it from the side. For a comprehensive view of all the details, click the "Show Detail."
Filtering Data
Once your widget is set up, you have the option to refine your data further through the use of filters. These filters allow you to focus on specific subsets of data, displaying only the information that meets your criteria. Adding or removing these filters is straightforward, and accessible within the Filters model.
Managing Your Widget
For additional modifications or to replicate your widget, simply click on the gear icon. This provides a convenient one-click solution to duplicate, edit, or delete your widget as needed.
